DIRECTIONS
Grobust® Capsules Take 3 capsules twice a day with water at meal times. Most effective when taken without caffinated, carbonated, or alcoholic beverages. Do not take if pregnant or nursing.

Grobust® Lotion: Take 1/4 teaspoon of Grobust liquid twice daily with water or juice. Do not take if pregnant or nursing.

Grobust® Lotion: Apply a dime size amount twice daily to the breasts in a circular motion until lotion is absorbed into the skin Do not use if pregnant, nursing, or on other medication
